Awakened @ 5:38 (approximately) by building shaking from, thunder , lightning and rain of biblical proportions(think Hilo) By the time we got done whining and packed it had all but stopped. We did get the chance to test the rain resistance pretty early on.

On our first official side trip we went to Morgantown where a friend of mine was born. He asked if we had time to take some pictures of the house he was born in. Morgantown is a very pretty University town that reminds me a bit of Bellingham. Spent the night in Weston WV. 

Pat the Harley guy had dinner with us.
