Well I am sitting in the Hotel in Acworth, GA it is 9:40 PM.
We went to Atlanta GA to fined the GO mini, you need to go to go mini on the internet and see this car, we spent all day getting here and looking for it we did not fine. Called no answer. Going to Nashville tomorrow.
Today we went to Atlanta, Georgia to find the shop that restores Mini Coopers into hot rods. Apparently with a few frame and front end modifications along with a supped up v-6 these things can really move out. Unfortunately we could not find it after a couple hours even with the help of some locals so we stopped the search and headed for Nashville,Tenn after spending the night at Acworth, Ga.
We are now in North Carolina on our way to Georgia we found a road called Blue ridge parkway that runs along a ridge we must have been on this for about 75 miles, this was like going down Chuckanut only on top of the mountain.
If it were not for the rain it would be nice to push it a bit.
Left this morning and headed out for Atlanta Ga. Rode all day including a long stretch on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
A spectacular ride, one curve after another, almost like riding around waves in the ocean. I guess this high way goes all the way through the Carolinas. After being on the road from 8am to 6:30 pm we were ready to take it in for the night. I’m tired.
